Terms of Service

Ascend Systems ("Ascend Systems," "we," "our," or "us") provides custom software development, automation systems, AI integrations, consulting, and related technical services.

Services are provided on a project, milestone, or retainer basis under a written proposal, scope of work (SOW), statement of work, invoice, or service agreement accepted by the client.

Pricing, timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins. Deposits, milestone payments, and recurring fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to information, systems, accounts, approvals, and materials necessary to complete the project. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

Ascend Systems develops and delivers technical solutions according to the agreed scope. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, lead generation results, operational savings, or other commercial performance metrics.

Upon full payment, ownership of completed custom deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Ascend Systems retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, internal tools, templates, frameworks, and reusable components used in project delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of delivered software, automations, integrations, or related services.

Monthly retainers automatically renew until cancelled in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
